Can I be romantic and send flowers anonymously?

There might be times you want to send flowers anonymously, maybe as a surprise pick me up or just to brighten someone’s day. To do this just leave the ‘your message’ box empty. We can’t share your personal information with the recipient without your permission.

However, we will not tolerate anonymous deliveries being misused to cause harm or distress. If concerns are raised that a delivery might be linked to damaging behaviour such stalking or harassment, we will take it very seriously and work with the recipient and relevant authorities to prevent further unwanted deliveries.
